I started my studies at Boston University , majoring in the field of biology. My degree is in studio art with minor degrees in psychology and women's studies from RIC. I worked as a photographer and writer for 8+ years for local news publications ( The East Providence Post and Seekonk Star - when owned and operated by the Herald Press). I've also worked in several photo studios. Photography's on a back burner in my life. I now enjoy it as a recreational hobby.

My children, Eric -20 and Heather-23, are driving forces in my life. Heather graduated cum laude from the Commonwealth College at UMASS Amherst, with a BS in biology. She's now working as a research coordinator for Johanna M. Seddon, MD, ScM, helping with nutritional research in age-related macular degeneration at Tufts Medical Center. She's planning to be married in October '09. It's all very exciting. She's has a wedding website. Eric successfully started his 3rd year at URI , as a geoscience major. As moms go, I've been very blessed!
My husband, Steven, owns and runs a computer and software company. If you ever have any questions regarding personal computing, networking, systems or software issues, he's the guy to talk with. Raven Computer , Franklin, MA. At heart, he's an inventor.
